What You’ll Do as a Learning Experience Designer Design Process: Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to create engaging learning interventions, ensuring an inclusive user experience and high-quality instructional design. Discovery & Research: Run discovery sessions and research learner preferences to craft effective and meaningful learning solutions that cater to all. Multi-Media Programs: Develop and market engaging, multi-media rich learning programs that captivate and educate a diverse audience. Learning Interventions: Design and select learning interventions based on adult learning theory, ensuring all learners gain practical skills they can apply immediately. Development: Utilize various tools and modalities to create immersive learning experiences, manage multiple projects, and develop scalable solutions for a global and diverse audience. Stakeholder Management: Use your consultancy skills to partner with stakeholders, conducting thorough analysis and effective communication with people from all backgrounds. Engagement: Create inclusive marketing campaigns for learning experiences, incorporate gamification elements, and leverage LMS functionalities to boost engagement for everyone. Evaluation: Implement assessment tools to measure effectiveness, gather feedback from all learners, and continuously improve learning solutions. What You’ll Bring Instructional & UX Design: Strong skills in instructional and user experience design throughout the product lifecycle, with a focus on inclusivity. Adult Learning Theory: Deep knowledge and experience in applying adult learning theory in design and delivery, ensuring accessibility for all.
