Description Your place of work, what to expect You’ll be based at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in a reactive, target-oriented setting, reporting to the Senior Events Manager. In this role you will work closely with Sales & Revenue departments as well as the hotel's Operations Departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery aiming to strengthen customer relations and loyalty. You will oversee all aspects of event from the enquiry stage to planning and execution.
