We are looking for a dedicated Portfolio Management Office Co-ordinator to join our Business Improvement team and play a critical role in ensuring the efficient running of our PMO function. The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PMO Co-ordinator to support our project teams in delivering excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining project governance, tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the PMO and project teams with administration, reporting, and coordination tasks. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are recorded accurately. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, highlighting any potential risks or issues. Assist in in resource planning and allocation across multiple projects. Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and best practices. Act as a key point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. What's in it for You? Career growth and professional development What we are looking for: Educated to A-Level or equivalent qualification or relevant industry knowledge and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Project for the Web, Monday.com). Proven experience in a PMO, project administration or co-ordination role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation, data, and records. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
