The candidate will possess a strong understanding of the scientific and commercial requirements. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders as well as with Medical and Scientific Affairs, the commercial teams and other internal partners to provide education and drive scientific understanding and partnerships for EXENT. A day in the Life: Lead a team of worldwide MSLs. Develop the team's training strategies so that they are able to present from a position of expertise. Establish and maintain peer to peer relationships with leading clinicians, laboratorians and patient advocacy groups. Represent the organization at scientific conferences and customer meetings. Developing and execution of the EXENT scientific and publication strategy. Plan and initiate scientific teamworks that align with TBS evidence generation strategy. Lead externally sponsored research studies in full compliance with internal procedures. Generate scientific communications, publications and marketing material. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of EXENT in the context of technology, analytical/clinical performance and manufacture. Keys to Success: Education PhD in Immunology/Biochemistry or related subject, and/or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience (e.g. registered healthcare professional). Experience - 5 years of experience in the medical device industry with responsibilities related to the job purpose. - Strong background of launch support of innovative technologies or other "first time" or "one of a kind" projects - Detailed evidence of delivering scientific presentations and writing scientific manuscripts. - Proficiency with the technology of immunoassay analyzers and the principles of analytical and clinical performance evaluation of IVD devices is desired. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with excellent time management and project management skills, including good documentation practice. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in United Kingdom is £75,100.00-£95,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
