Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)
We are a busy, small, close-knit office based in Blackburn, specialising within the Building Industry, and conveniently located close to public transport.
Established in 2008, we service both small and large volume builders. As our company successfully continues to grow, we are currently looking to add a committed full-time Administrator / Receptionist to our team for a 12-month contract with the opportunity for full-time employment after the contracted period.
About YOUR ROLE
The successful candidate will be assisting the General Managing Partners and our admin team with general office duties:
1. Answering phones / Reception duties
2. Taking bookings
3. Data entry
4. Printing, scanning, and copying
5. Answering client emails daily
6. General tidying / organizing of the office
7. Filing
Hours are Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm). Microsoft Office experience is essential.
We will provide training and support to the right person for the job.
Salary offered will depend on experience.
