Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Service Engineer at Klimatech Controlling Your Environment Ltd in King's Lynn. The Air Conditioning Service Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to building maintenance, building services, facility management (FM), maintenance & repair, and HVAC systems.
Qualifications
* Experience is key to this role
* Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
* Building Services and HVAC system knowledge
* Facility Management (FM) experience
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant technical certifications and licenses
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Prior experience in the air conditioning industry is a plus
