Internal Sales Administrator Required!
Our client is a leading manufacturer that specialises in the production of steel-framed buildings for the industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will act as a key link between sales, technical, and administration functions. The main focus is to drive customer inquiries, manage quotation follow-ups, and ensure smooth order processing to manufacturing.
Candidate must live within commutable distance to their office in Llanelli.
Package:
Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

Support sales, technical, and administration functions by handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate quotations.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads, quotations, and customer orders.
Generate sales reports, analyse sales data, and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Act as a point of contact for clients and contractors, managing inquiries and complaints.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project progress.
