Job Opportunity: Estates Surveyor - Manchester City Centre\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estates Surveyor to join a well-established property company based in Manchester City Centre. This role offers the chance to work with a reputable commercial investment group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK.\n\nAbout the Company:\n\nOur client is a leading commercial property group, managing a portfolio worth over £290 million across various commercial and residential assets nationwide. The company is known for its proactive, experienced team, committed to delivering top-tier property management services and maintaining strong relationships with occupier clients.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs an Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing a mixed-use property portfolio.
