Manufacturing Team Lead
Salary: £45,000 to £48,000
Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with a half day finish on Friday

Driving Excellence: Oversee workflows, implement 5S and TOC methodologies, and enhance processes for maximum efficiency.
Ensuring Safety First: Monitor and maintain strict adherence to COSHH regulations, promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
Developing Talent: Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and training plans to support your team’s growth and performance.
Optimising Operations: Plan and allocate resources effectively, improve material flow, and address operational challenges with innovative solutions.

COSHH Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of COSHH regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of logistics workflows and experience implementing efficiency initiatives like 5S or TOC.
