Improvement Cymru is a core part of the new Quality, Safety and Improvement directorate. Main duties of the job We have an exciting opportunity in the Improvement Cymru team to be a core part of the Improvement Cymru Academy. The overarching goal of the Improvement Cymru Academy and Patient Education is to support NHS Wales through improved outcomes and experience for the population of Wales. We work closely with partners in health, social care, education and wider UK improvement partners to inform our improvement curricula development. You'll be joining an ambitious team, comprising some of the most qualified, experienced Improvement professionals in health and social care in Wales. As part of our new direction, we want to strengthen our Academy team by recruiting new team members from diverse backgrounds with a mix of skills, personalities and experiences - considering candidates from both an NHS background as well as other sectors. The position will be based in our NHS Executive offices in south and north Wales, however current working conditions support a blend of office and home-working. The role will focus on supporting the coordination of learning and support, building upon the solid foundations already established.
