About the Role
As a Year 6 General Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher to deliver high-quality education to our Year 6 students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with classroom activities and managing small group interventions.
* Providing individual support to students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Encouraging and inspiring students to reach their full potential, academically and spiritually.
* Contributing to the school’s Catholic ethos and values.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* ideally have experience working within a classroom environment, within Key Stage 2.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* An understanding of Catholic values (practicing Catholic preferred but not essential).
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
