£25,000 per annum
9am - 5pm (35 hour week!)

A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their client services team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £22,500 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Process client quotes and instructions.
Communicate with clients, promoting services and scheduling appointments.
Keeping the database updated.
Implement marketing to enhance the company.
Assist other departments for smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer care.
Manage email inbox to meet SLAs.
Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Process Manager.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
Customer service experience essential
Ability to build relationships
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Packages
