The role involves managing multiple projects for clients across the region, managing the lifecycle of the project and delivering within committed milestones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning
1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop detailed project plans in Microsoft Project Planner, schedules, and budgets.
3. Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
2. Execution & Coordination
1. Assign tasks to team members and track progress.
2. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
3. Maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
1. Track project performance using KPIs.
2. Conduct regular status meetings and updates.
3. Manage changes in project scope and objectives.
4. Risk & Issue Management
1. Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans.
2. Resolve project-related issues to minimize impact.
5. Project Closure
1. Conduct post-project evaluation and document lessons learned.
2. Ensure successful delivery and handover of project outputs.
6. Reporting
1. Produce timely and quality reports
7. Stakeholder Management
1. Work closely and build strong working relationship with all stakeholders
8. Post Impact Analysis
1. Analyse project delivery and create lessons learnt.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred)
