They are looking to expand their dynamic team by taking on an additional Electrical Engineer at their site in North Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a fantastic team of task experts, in a position with brilliant training and extensive career progression opportunities alongside a generous package. You will be responsible for a variety of duties, including maintenance, monitoring production start-up, fault finding, and corrective works. Due to the nature of the work, prior PLC and controls knowledge would be beneficial, but training can be provided to the right person.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer looking to join a leading engineering company, in a position offering excellent technical training, a great package and a promising long term career.
The Role:
1. Electrical maintenance work, PLC fault finding and potentially programming - managing, maintaining and improving controls systems
2. A range of reactive and proactive/PPM work
3. Double days shift pattern, 7-3 then 3-10 in weekly rotations. Early finish on Fridays
The Candidate:
4. Will have Electrical Engineering experience, and a recognised Electrical qualification/apprenticeship
5. Will have a working knowledge of process equipment
6. Will have experience in PPM and solving technical problems
