Position: Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Start Date: As soon as possible
Type: Long-term contract with the view of a permanent contract
Salary: £83.33-£100 per day
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
2. Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualised education plans and adapt learning materials as necessary.
3. Assist in managing classroom behaviour, promoting positive interactions, and addressing challenges that arise.
4. Offer one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning objectives and boost student confidence.
5. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to assessment processes.
