What youll do: As a General Manager to the Operational departments, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, providing leadership and support to the Manufacturing Materials and Quality departments. You will use your experience and depth of knowledge in these areas to drive productivity, enhance operational efficiency & ensure the highest levels of quality are achieved. You will manage and drive continuous improvements for quality and manufacturing KPIs including; supplier / customer PPM, Process Scrap, Non- Conformances, OEE, Inventory etc You will ensure safety regulations are carefully followed to safeguard colleague health and safety and support the business values.
