* Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
* Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance productivity.
* Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
* Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, ensuring all calls are managed appropriately.
* Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
* Support team management by providing guidance and assistance to staff as required.
* Perform clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an office environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Ability to manage human resources functions with sensitivity and discretion.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette skills, ensuring professionalism in all communications.
* Experience in clerical duties with attention to detail being paramount.
