Automotive Aftersales Advisor required in Morpeth, Northumberland
Salary: £28k Basic (DOE) + Bonus (Approx £1800 per year)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (No Saturdays)
An opportunity to join a highly successful Aftersales Advisor to join our client's family-run business in Morpeth.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers into the Service department.
2. Checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle.
3. Liaising with the Workshop Technicians regarding work carried out on the vehicle.
4. Arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments.
5. Carrying out duties in the Parts department, which will include:
1. Keeping the workshop stocked with relevant parts.
2. Managing stock levels and sourcing parts from various suppliers.
3. Providing accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved.
4. Looking up parts and quoting prices for parts using parts catalogues for vehicles.
Requirements:
1. Motor Industry experience in a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role/ Parts Advisor.
2. Computer literate.
3. Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
