Liaising with customers via telephone and email. Inputting and processing new customer warranty claim. Arranging customer collections and returns. Ordering spare parts for products under warranty. Operating Live Chat. Handling e-commerce order queries. Liaising with the warehouse team in relation to order queries. Processing e-commerce customer returns. The ideal candidate: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner. Ability to upsell services or products to enhance customer experience. Proficient in Microsoft products, word, outlook. Understanding of Empathy. Must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
