As the Operations Manager for Third Party Brands you will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of The Sports Edit, as well as scaling and improving processes and systems to ensure The Sports Edit, part of 3rd Party Brands, provides the best experience for our customers, brand partners, and colleagues. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes and driving overall efficiency in our operations.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Operational Efficiency and Project Management: You will plan and oversee projects related to operations, process improvement, and system integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the desired objectives.
* Order Fulfilment: You will be accountable for the success of automated order processing flow, from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment, and adherence to customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with 3PB warehouse to resolve order queries and to maintain a Customer Failure Rate within target range. Understand and rectify root causes for order delays and cancellations.
* Inventory Management: Part of your role will be to work with different stakeholder groups to monitor and manage inventory levels.
* Systems Integration: You will be responsible for monitoring system integrations and alerting the team to ensure optimal flow of data between systems.
Who you are
You will be motivated to problem solve and take ownership for driving results in a fast-moving space, working with multiple stakeholder groups. You have great analytical and communication skills.
Your skills and experience will include:
* Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to challenge, influence, and inform stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data to make informed decisions.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in operations management, ideally within an ecommerce or retail environment. Understanding of ecommerce processes, order fulfilment, and inventory management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively.
* [Preferred] understanding of logic behind system integration (WMS to ERP, ERP to ecommerce front-end).
