As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, ensuring successful campaign management from concept to execution. The role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships, providing data-driven insights, and delivering high-quality marketing solutions that drive results. You will also collaborate with internal teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget, with a keen eye on performance metrics and ROI. Additionally, you will manage internal social channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.
* Campaign Development: Collaborating with clients to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with their business goals.
* Project Coordination: Overseeing the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Reporting: Providing clients with regular updates and detailed reports on campaign outcomes and ROI. Also, providing the internal team with monthly reports on our own social media channels and trends.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as creative, content, and sales, to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
* Lead Generation: Reaching out to potential new business to work in partnership with.
* Scheduling: Supporting clients with scheduling social posts across multiple social channels.
* Maintaining Relationships: Ensuring relationships are well maintained between Hotal and our clients, including our venues.

Your experience includes
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably in an account management or client-facing role.
* Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategy development would be a plus.
* Strong track record of managing client relationships, with an ability to understand client needs, provide solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships.
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and staying within budget. Familiarity with project management tools would be beneficial.
* Ability to analyse marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling reports, presenting ideas, and maintaining professional client communications.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, sales) to deliver cohesive marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
* Knowledge of hotel industry trends or SaaS marketing would be advantageous.
* Ability to think strategically and adjust marketing strategies based on client feedback and changing market conditions.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Monday.com).
