We are currently recruiting for a brilliant company based in Uxbridge, they are looking to bring on board a new Service Desk Administrator! Business is growing and what better way to fix that is to recruit a new candidate!!!
They are looking for someone who has previous admin experience, as well as strong customer service experience. They are also looking for an organised individual!
Do you have good verbal and written communication skills? Are you a highly motivated individual? Do you have good problem-solving skills?
Do you 2+ years experience in customer service where you are able to transfer over your skills?
Service Desk Administrator Duties:
* Answering incoming calls
* Deal with voicemails which was left in the answer machine
* Replying to inbound emails
* Keep a log of calls
* Create and manage orders
