The agency has four departments:
* Clients & Strategy (Client servicing, Strategy) - led by C&S Director
* Product Operations (Production and Studio) - led by C&S Director

* Normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but we have flexible start/finish times in the office, with 5 pm Friday finishes all year round and 4pm summer Fridays

o Extra days off between Christmas and New Year (ordinarily around 3/4 days)
o Extra day holiday per year of commitment (up to 5 years)
o Extra day holiday for your birthday, wedding or if you’re moving house

Key responsibilities
Take ownership of some of the agency’s largest and most prestigious events, working alongside an Account Director to deliver outstanding results.
* Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with client objectives and agency standards.
* Oversee all phases of project planning, development, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with the client’s vision and agency goals.
* Continuously identify growth opportunities within assigned client accounts, exploring broader opportunities within the brand and driving revenue growth by leveraging additional agency services, supplier efficiencies, and tailored solutions that enhance client value.
* Develop detailed production briefs and collaborate with internal teams to create best-in-class proposals that align with creative, client, and budget objectives, accurately scope resources and deliverables and meet project timelines and client briefs.
* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams—including account management, studio, production, and technical teams—to deliver exceptional experiences while building strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure clients receive the best value and experience.
* Work with the Head of Production and Account Director to resource the team required and oversee throughout the project cycle, monitoring any risk of scope creep.
* Manage account and project profitability, regularly reporting financial performance to
* Account Director, including GP and NP tracking.
* Supervise and mentor a team of account handlers to deliver complex events and experiential activations, ensuring all projects effectively communicate clients’ brand messages to their target audiences.
* Build a deep understanding of client objectives to deliver strategically led solutions and data-driven reporting on project ROI.
* Work closely with key client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure all activations are delivered to the highest standards, reflecting the agency’s value of "United."
* Demonstrate exemplary client management skills, adhering to Service Level Agreements and delivering exceptional service in line with the agency’s value of "Rock Solid."
* Manage and track activation budgets, ensuring all deliverables are executed within agreed levels and reconciled accurately post-project.
* Evaluate project success through a structured close-down process, reporting on ROI and integrating key learnings into future activations.
* Attend industry events to build networks, gain insights, and share knowledge across the agency.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to support award submissions, case studies, and marketing collateral.
* Undertake additional responsibilities within your capabilities as needed to contribute to the agency’s success.
What were looking for
We encourage our teams to undergo consistent training and self-improvement. You are encouraged to bring ideas for your self-development, but as a start, we are looking for candidates with industry experience working at a PD level.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in project management, ideally within creative engagement agencies specialising in experiential marketing or events.
* Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of marketing channels and their integration with experiential campaigns.
* Proven ability to map out timelines, confidently manage complex projects and upskill team members.
* Experienced in managing budgets up to £1.5M, including handling reconciliation processes with precision and accountability.
* A confident, professional communicator with a passion for the creative industry and a track record of working with clients in sectors such as SaaS, technology, or professional services.
* Skilled at building strong client relationships, including meeting with clients outside routine work hours to strengthen rapport and expand personal networks.
* A collaborative team player who can lead projects effectively, engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Agile and adaptable to the fast-paced and ever-changing events and experiential marketing landscape.
* Experienced in managing international events, with the flexibility and willingness to travel required by the role.
