We are currently working with one of the best builders in the business who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist in the construction and delivery of 3, 4-bedroom houses in the Clitheroe area.
Role
As the Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the house building process to the quality standards expected by the customers and the business.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the role of the Assistant Site Manager is to assist in the management of the build process from start to finish, ensuring the health & safety standards are always maintained.
1. The management and control of direct employees and sub-contractors including weekly programming.
2. Ensuring material supplies are available as required.
3. Plan and arrange with Local Authority and NHBC statutory services to carry out stage inspections.
4. Ensure all visitors are accompanied on site in line with the Company Health & Safety requirements.
5. Ensure site presentation is always maintained.
6. Ensure all sub-contractors, suppliers etc. are aware of and abide by the Health & Safety requirements.
7. Ensuring the homes are defect-free at the legal completion date.
8. Carrying out home demonstrations in conjunction with the Sales Advisor.
9. Carry out customer care works.

1. Passionate about delivering a first-class quality service and product that meets the expectations of the customer and the business.
2. Organised, methodical, with an attention to quality.
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements
1. Ideally from a housebuilding background.
2. Be able to demonstrate career stability.
3. SMSTS.
4. CSCS card holder.
5. First Aid Certificate.
6. Current full UK driving licence.
