Long Stratton Leisure Centre boasts an 80-station state of the art gym, with two studios, a café, soft play, a multi-functional sports hall and a 9-a-side 3G pitch. We are looking to welcome a Leisure Assistant to our highly successful team of leisure professionals, operating over five state of the art facilities across South Norfolk. The role will involve confidently maintaining a high standard of customer service to all customers and act as a first point of contact resolution for all transactional membership and usage enquiries. You will assist with tours for prospective members, sell memberships and assist in the delivery of events and hospitality across the centre. In addition, you will supervise roller skating sessions, administer First Aid and prepare and serve food and drinks in our café area. About You We are looking for a personable individual who ideally has experience in a customer-facing environment. You will have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, good attention to detail and strong IT skills. An awareness and interest in the leisure industry, together with the ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage people through fitness would be ideal. Why Work With Us?
