It is expected that the individual has a reasonable level of build experience covering all cycles of the process. Carry out site inspections at all stages of the build process and produce reports using the Fieldview Field App. This will require being familiar with works packages such as RC frame, Façade works, (Including Windows, SFS, Brickwork) and associated works and internal works such as Fire Stopping, Dry Lining, Joinery. A basic understanding of M&E works will also be required. Report any issues raised on site using the Fieldview system by creating “Quality Near Miss Observations” Monitor sub-contractor’s QA inspections and sign-offs ensuring records are complete and accurate. Monitor works to ensure works are being carried out in accordance with specification and manufacturer’s guidance. Utilise the Field Inspection App (Fieldview) and provide relevant required training and support to Berkeley managers and contractors. Ensure company divisional and group quality standards are complied with. Monitor Project Quality Plans and their appendices and support Project Managers with ensuring these plans are reviewed in accordance with company procedures are always up to date. Monitor Non-Conformance Registers and Report accordingly. Support projects teams in ensuring all contractor’s trade quality plans and Inspection and test plans are compliant and up to date. Carry out Field Inspection App (Fieldview) Administration tasks such as creating new packages for contractors and assigning new users. Create and distribute required weekly and monthly (Fieldview) reports outlining the status of QA inspections and progress Produce and distribute monthly divisional and PLC Board reports whilst ensuring all information in up-to-date and accurate. Collate relevant information and produce and distribute month-end KPI reports Provide monthly Quality Assurance information for all monthly Project Review Meetings and populate the related PowerPoint presentation Monitor training progress of production teams and report accordingly. Produce and distribute Quality Assurance Bulletins. Ensure Warranty Provider and Building Control visits are logged accurately. Ensure Warranty Provider and Building Control reportable items are tracked and addressed promptly. Assist with Group Audit preparation. Requirements: Well presented, professional punctual and prepared Good eye for detail. Driven and committed to deliver a safe quality product on time and within budget Team player who understands the whole construction cycle IT literate including Word, Excel and Power Point and have the ability to learn and adapt to new systems Must be enthusiastic and 100% committed to achieving targets and deadlines
