Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in Security Fencing, looking to sell into the renewable energy and civil sectors? This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in Security Fencing, Renewable Energy, or a similar field, who is used to meeting and exceeding targets and looking to play an integral role in a rapidly growing company.
The responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Security Fencing, Renewable Energy, and Civil work sectors.
* Develop and implement business strategies to meet company growth targets.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking events, and trade shows.
* Leverage an extensive network of contacts within the security fencing, renewable energy, and civil sectors.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids tailored to clients' needs.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Monitor and analyze business development opportunities.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, market trends, and opportunities.
The person:
* Experience in business development within Security Fencing, Renewable Energy, or Civils.
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* UK Travel Required.
