For the successful Part Time Accounts Assistant our client is offering; Flexible working hours- can do 16 hours per week or 24 hours per week- 16 hours £10,400 per annum and 24 hours £15,600 per annum- £12.50 per hour Monday-Thursday 7:30-5.30 and Friday finish at 4pm (Flexible on working days) Temporary-Permanent position Overtime opportunities Discretionary annual bonus which can range between 3-8% of the annual salary Free parking Sandwich paid for on a Friday The Role of the Part Time Accounts Assistant: Invoice Processing: accurately processing incoming invoices, verifying their correctness, and ensure they are authorised for payment. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in maintaining the accounts payable and receivable ledgers including preparing payments and chasing overdue accounts. Expense Management: Credit card transaction reconciliation and posting.
