This position would suit an energetic, enthusiastic, technically curious Support Analyst / Support Engineer, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, coupled with a “can-do” attitude!Joining the company in their Oxfordshire based site, the Support Engineer / Support Analyst will take on a newly created position, a standalone role supporting approximately 70 users. Working with the support of an outsourced support company, the Support Analyst / Support Engineer will be the first port of call for all users, covering 1st and 2nd line issues – predominantly desktop – whilst also setting up new users, managing licences, purchasing equipment, and getting involved in some interesting and varied project work.The CompanyThe Support Engineer will be joining a pioneering organisation, who deliver cloud-based technology used across multiple industries by an impressive client list.
