Head of Aviation
In this role, we are looking for an individual to lead the Aviation consulting arm of the business, reporting to the Director of Technology and Insight. This is a fast-paced role that requires the individual to be responsible for the delivery of Hawkrose consulting assignments both in the UK and overseas. The role would suit a Senior or Principal consultant that currently works in providing strategic advisory services into Aviation organisations. In addition, we would also like to hear from those who may have previously served in a position of responsibility at an airport, Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) or an Aircraft Operator.
As for all management consultants, you will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy presenting the outcomes of complex analysis in a compelling and concise manner. You will be able to build and maintain relationships across our client base and the Hawkrose team.
Our preferred candidate with have the following attributes:
* At least 6 years of experience as a consultant within Aviation, or relevant industry experience.
* A numerate degree qualification of grade 2:1 or above
* Experience in leading junior staff members, in both a line management and technical mentorship capacity.
* Knowledge of Air Traffic Management concepts such as A-CDM and AOP.
* Comfortable with generating data driven insights across often large and unstructured data sets.
* Demonstrable account and stakeholder management experience.
