The marketing team of 40 is well structured with Marketing Heads, Leads, and Execs working with stakeholders across Europe to develop and implement marketing strategy. Also in the marketing team is the internal shared creative ‘agency’ team - designers, artworkers, copywriters, digital content creators, video/motion experts, and a Studio Manager.
Senior Creative Lead role:
The role leads the creative team, overseeing every aspect of creative development and delivery. Collaborating with the Studio Manager, you’ll drive an exciting evolution of the in-house studio, elevating its creative excellence and operational performance across Europe.
As Senior Brand Creative, you’ll drive the creation of bold, impactful visual assets that bring the various brands to life across multiple channels. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll take the helm of the studio, building a highly creative, dynamic, and organized hub.
You’ll inspire the studio team, fostering a culture of fearless creativity and high standards for creative output across print, digital, and brand projects.
The role streamlines processes to ensure timely delivery of creative projects and collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
You’ll need senior experience as a designer familiar with all relevant design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and proven expertise in creative direction and delivery across print, digital, and brand campaigns.
