We are looking for a Design Manager to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 in Norwich. What you'll do: Technical Integration Hub - Facilitate and support scheme team integration, coordination, and communication, including external stakeholders and supply partners with regards to design and engineering. Technical Management Systems and Processes - Support setting up of Technical management processes for the Project. Management of designs in Enable My Team - EMT as Review Coordinator. Support set-up of Project Technical Integration dashboards and work with the design supply chain and Skanska Project Controls team to establish Project specific dashboards. Implement and manage Project Utilities process for efficient delivery of Utilities diversions Management of design process - Management of the design process according to company procedures and Project Design Management Plan to ensure that the design of the permanent works is managed and completed to the requisite quality and in accordance with the contract programme and budget.
