Together, we're looking for a new Sales Executive to join the team This is an opportunity to work in a truly supportive environment without the pressures of unrealistic corporate targets. Responsibilities include: Customer Enquiries: Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on properties and developments. Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings, ensuring homes are presented optimally, and follow up with clients. Offer Submission & Due Diligence: Submit offers, perform buyer qualification checks, and complete necessary paperwork. Reservation Appointments: Guide clients through the reservation process and manage the reservation checklist. Buyer Choices & Site Coordination: Assist buyers with property options and coordinate choices with the site team. Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process from reservation to completion, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers. Home Demonstrations: Lead home demonstrations, schedule progress visits, and ensure buyers are familiar with the property. Sales Administration: Manage contracts, update sales status on company platforms, and support the setup of sales premises. Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety standards in sales areas and ensure all client visits meet company policies. Key Handover: Coordinate homeowner packs and assist with the key handover on legal completion. About You Proven sales experience with a record of meeting/exceeding targets Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners Meticulous attention to detail Ideally, at least one year experience in property development or a related field, but training is available for those from other sales and customer service backgrounds with a passion for property.
