You will work within our Retentions Department presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs and demonstrating the value of staying with our trusted brand by communicating and promoting the benefits of our appliance service plans. Primarily, you will engage with customers who are considering ending their relationship with us to address their concerns and deliver exceptional service, turning challenging conversations into positive outcomes. We offer you: Competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,750 (dependant on experience), plus uncapped commission, OTE £40,000. Holiday entitlement of 22 days holiday (rising to 27 ) bank holidays off. 37.5 hours per week, 9- 5 Monday to Friday. Main Responsibilities: Communicating over the phone with new or existing customers to retain lost business. Using negotiation and influencing skills to discuss the features and benefits of the cover to reinstate customer policies. Handling calls to a high standard, taking ownership of customer queries to ensure they are dealt with professionally. Identifying cross sale opportunities and proactively promoting these where relevant for which you will earn extra commission. Providing guidance to customers regarding queries and complaints, whilst demonstrating the ability to quickly understand each customer's needs.
