We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our successful and growing client in Belper, who offers growth for their employees and a number of fantastic benefits.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
* Natural problem solver
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Previous Call Centre experience is desirable, however not essential.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms
* The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience in either a face-to-face or telephone-based capacity. A calm and reassuring manner is a must, as is the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Liaising with customers who contact our Client via telephone, email, SMS, live chat, or WhatsApp
* Understanding customers' situations and providing the best solutions for an outstanding customer experience
* Ensuring that all queries are answered in a timely manner using the CRM System and that these meet the Service Level Agreements in place
* Displaying professional customer service while identifying potential opportunities to maximize processes and targets
Salary is £25,000.
Various shifts between 8 am and 6 pm, including some weekends.
