A bit about the role Our Residential Support Worker is an entry level role where you don't need previous experience or qualifications, we're looking for a positive attitude and the desire to give the best care to children and young people. This is a great opportunity to get your 'foot in the door' and allows you to explore the field of Social Care and decide if it's the right fit for you, whilst gaining practical experience. About the service Tayavalla is a short breaks service based in Camelon, Falkirk offering residential short breaks to children and young people with complex health care needs, learning and physical disabilities.
