We are seeking to recruit a experienced Clinical Governance Lead with proven experience and will be responsible for leading and overseeing the improvement and monitoring of a comprehensive clinical governance framework. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement a clinical governance strategy aligned with Aurem Cares objectives Alignment of Clinical Governance with Organisational Provide advice and guidance to the Operations Lead and other appropriate colleagues on clinical governance matters. Collaborate with teams across the organisation to support the integration of clinical governance and best practice in risk management. Framework Development and Implementation: Establish a clinical governance framework incorporating clinical audit, risk management, education and training, and information management. Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to reflect best practices in clinical Incident Investigation and Risk Management: Lead patient safety incident investigations and develop a robust risk management Implement effective information management practices to ensure accurate logging, reporting, and resolution tracking of clinical incidents, complaints, and outcomes. Measuring and Evaluation: Support the evaluation of the clinical governance framework through clinical audit and data analysis to assess clinical effectiveness. Use evidence from clinical audits to identify areas for improvement and support line managers in taking corrective action. Maintain logs of incidents, complaints, and patient and public involvement data to provide a complete view of governance performance. Quality Improvement: Support line managers in implementing quality improvement initiatives based on the findings of clinical audits and patient feedback. Support a culture of continuous education and training so that managers can support colleagues in maintaining and improving quality standards. Share clinical effectiveness data and evidence-based practices with managers to support them in improving care quality and outcomes. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience within the sector Active NMC pin number NVQ Level 4 in care/Leadership or similar qualification would be advantage Proven experience in leading and implementing clinical governance frameworks in a healthcare setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders Ability to travel throughout a wide geographical location Demonstrates awareness, diplomacy, sensitivity and empathy with the issues of vulnerability, disability and independence. Ability to plan and manage the workload required to meet the compliance aspects of the organisation Excellent written, verbal communication and IT skills. Can respond positively to change, and work effectively under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities. Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing personal development.
