What you'll be doing:
Studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Qualification, you'll be part of a team looking after babies and children up to the age of 5, providing a nurturing environment where children can learn through play. Responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with parents daily on their child's activities and logging their progress
* Engaging in interactive play, reading, and other activities aligned to the learning curriculum
* Promoting and ensuring child welfare and protection whilst always following health and safety policies and procedures
* Managing your own time to complete required coursework and meet deadlines
Gain your qualification in as little as 8 months. You will be guaranteed a Qualified Early Years Practitioner position with us, with a strong desire to strive towards completing your Apprenticeship.
Minimum Requirements:
* English qualification GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above OR Functional Skills Level 2
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging
* Good relationship building skills, e.g., empathy, active listening, trustworthy
* Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
