Job Description
1. Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain efficient inventory levels.
2. Manage logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products.
3. Liaise with the warehousing team to ensure supply needs are met.
4. Implement and manage logistics strategies to improve efficiency.
5. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Accurately complete any imports documentation to ensure efficiency.
7. Resolve any issues related to supply chain processes.
8. Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Coordinator should have:
1. Strong skills in negotiation and coordination.
2. A solid understanding of supply chain/freight forwarding processes in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in inventory management software.
