Job Title: Senior Bids Executive Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bids Executive to join a dynamic and forward-thinking marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm’s growth by delivering high-quality bids and tenders, primarily focusing on public sector opportunities, with additional involvement in private sector pitches when required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the bids process, working closely with legal teams to develop winning strategies. Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s full service offering to articulate clear value propositions. Write compelling bid content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice. Complete pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and selection questionnaires (SQs). Assist in preparing lawyers for interview stages. Conduct tender analysis and reporting to enhance future bid strategies. Why Join the Team? Familiarity with tender pricing approaches (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in delivering complex submissions within tight deadlines. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
