Accountancy & Finance Trainer Apprenticeships Salary : £32,532 to £36,614 per annum Contract Type:Permanent Full time 37 hours per week Reference: REC1981 | Closing date: Monday, 6 th January 2025 The opportunity As our Accountancy and Finance Trainer in our friendly Apprenticeships department, youll have the chance to make a lasting impact on our apprentices' careers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the accountancy and finance sector. You will deliver engaging, high-quality training both in the classroom and through work-based learning, ensuring apprentices gain the technical expertise and practical experience to achieve their qualifications and succeed in their careers. Youll collaborate closely with apprentices and employers, tailoring training to meet the unique needs of each learner. You will monitor their progress, provide guidance, and ensure they are fully prepared for end-point assessments, helping them build the confidence and expertise needed for the next step in their professional journey. Youll also be managing a small caseload of apprentices, assessing their progress regularly, and maintaining strong communication with employers. You will conduct initial skills assessments, assist apprentices in securing work placements, and develop lasting relationships with employers to support ongoing development. Additionally, you will create and update personalised training plans to ensure each apprentice is on the right path. Focusing mainly on classroom-based delivery, you will teach roll-on, roll-off programmes, including the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and the Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, with class sizes ranging from 1520 learners. You will help apprentices apply classroom knowledge to their workplace roles, ensuring sessions are practical, engaging, and tailored to their learning needs.
