Data input into internal & external systems. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Checking staff ID meets safer recruitment requirements. Manage outbound email. Maintain a systematic filing system and database. DBS check for personnel. Support team members in day-to-day operations. Ensure all procedures comply with company regulations and professional standards. Profile A successful Central Operations Admin should have: Relevant education in Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
