In the role you will be collaborating closely with the Artistic Director, and play a crucial role in fostering innovative artistic practice and work to nature and develop artists at all stages of their career. You will help Sheffield Theatres to be a hub for artist development, mentoring participants in our artist development programme, including The Bank scheme and other talent development projects. You will act as the producer of annual prizes and festivals and be an ambassador for Sheffield Theatres, fostering an inclusive and inspiring environment for employees, audiences and the wider artistic community.
