Job Role:
* Working alongside an experienced contracts manager.
* The value of the works is from £5,000 – £500,000, but the role will be dealing with smaller priced projects.
* Predominantly student accommodation repairs and some fit-out to existing buildings.
* Assisting with smaller quotations.
* Communication with sub-contractors, admin, liaising with clients, programming projects.
* Will be required to attend sites with the contracts manager; majority of sites around the London region.
* Site surveys and quoting.
* Health and safety method statements using templates.
Requirements:
* Experience in building, either in the office or on-site.
* Good communication skills.
* Smart appearance.
* Team player.
* Flexible.
* Good time management.
* IT Skills.
Benefits:
* £35-42K.
* Office based in Cheshunt with the Contracts Manager.
* Full time, Mon-Fri.
