ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Project management experience with a wide scope of responsibility to take projects from order through to full production
2. To lead multi-disciplined project teams from inception to achievement of desired results
3. Provide technically sound engineering solutions to achieve effective results and to resolve any potential problems or issues
4. Main point of contact for designated blue-chip customers, ensuring liaisons to manage customer requirements and expectations including variations from original order
5. To prepare accurate timelines for all aspects of each project
6. To provide timely project status reports and presentations to the Company’s Board
ABOUT YOU
7. Recent / relevant experience in a Project Manager role within heavy engineering and fabrication
8. Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
9. Leader in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes, systems and associated tools
10. Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering information
11. Effective in jig design using auto cad and inventor software
12. A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
14. Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
15. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

16. Monday-Friday 0700-1600
