The Vacancy
A great opportunity has arisen to be part of Lucy’s brand new team in Auchterarder, Perthshire.
We are looking for someone who can support Lucy in making friends in her local community and engaging in activities such as Karaoke, Bingo, dancing, arts and crafts. It is important that the candidate can help Lucy have productive and busy days while also allowing for calm time to engage in low task demand activities.
Most importantly, we seek team members who can match Lucy's energy, share her interests, and motivate her positively. Reliability and consistency are essential qualities, as Lucy does not like sudden unplanned changes to her support.
Does this sound like you? Could you walk alongside Lucy and support her to live her best life? Apply now for life-changing work.
Training and Requirements
Prader-Willi Syndrome training will be provided to new team members, as living a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle is important. A driver's license is essential; however, Lucy also uses public transport and would like team members to promote her independent travel.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday, 4th February 2025.
Benefits include:
* We pay PVG and SSSC fees
* 30 days annual leave - rising to 35 days after 5 years' service
* Life Assurance
* Access to discount scheme
* Cycle to work and tech scheme
* Flexible working options
* Health Plan
