Field In Salon Education and Business Partner - Midlands - PPD
A DAY IN THE LIFE
1. Delivering exceptional face to face and digital education sessions, that support the technical skillset and growth of the salons business.
2. Act as edumerical, blending education sessions with a commercial mindset, implanting business plans that grow usage + ISMS, and carry out regular business reviews to support the clients goals, and providing solutions.
3. Identify opportunities for increasing business through gap analysis, and showcase NPD with a growth mindset.
4. Implement annual education plans for all accounts to support the highest level of expertise in salon when recommended services and haircare.
5. Work towards singular and collectively education target reach for events, webinars, and course occupancies, as well actively taking part in projects to widen your skillset.
6. Work collaboratively with your education manager to ensure education activity supports commercial outputs.
7. Create a 360 approach to pro advocacy to increase customer + consumer awareness.
8. Work strategically with both education and commercial managers to actively conquest new business.
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Achieve salon growth by conducting salon needs assessment for education and business growth for all accounts, identifying ISMS and gap analysis, as well as NPD opportunities for your area.
2. Conduct up to x4 3 hour technical hands on sessions per year, per salon.
3. Collaboratively work to implement NPD education launch plans with your managers for your area, ensuring 100% distribution once approved.
4. Implement a salon contact strategy with a blend of face to face/ virtual meetings to ensure fast go to market strategy + effectively journey planning.
5. Pro-actively embed a multi-brand strategy on all approved social media platforms and in line with L’Oreal social media policy.
6. Create a seamless pre and post learning strategy to engage all customers with Access, ensuring registration and engagement to the 24/7 on-line education platform.
7. Drive maximum occupancy for all national account courses, clinics, events and online activities.
8. Establish the colour, treatment and retail objectives of the account set for your territory.
Qualifications, knowledge and experience required
WHO YOU ARE
1. A NVQ level 3 as a minimum qualification and experience of teaching, educating and coaching or assessing hairdressers in a field role.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience of colour, and colour application is absolute essential requirement.
3. Experience of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Commercially astute and understands the importance of selling: you must be good with figures.
5. A great communicator, able to give and receive feedback with a positive attitude, always being approachable and keeps communication flowing at all levels, being transparent and up to date.
6. A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and manage ambiguity in an ever changing and demanding environment.
7. Strong planning and organizational skills- with ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
8. Is risk aware and builds contingency into plans.
