The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and managing client relationships within Wakefield and the surrounding areas, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with precision and efficiency.
* Identifying new clients and users of agency staffing services.
* Identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.
* Leveraging your market expertise to provide insightful advice to both clients and candidates, enhancing their recruitment experience and outcomes.
* Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that contribute to the growth of our business in West Yorkshire.
* Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the branch.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in a recruitment consultancy role, with at least 1 year of experience.
* Strong knowledge of the local market in Wakefield and West Yorkshire, with an existing network of candidates and clients in the region.
* A proven track record in sales and client acquisition in the recruitment sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
* A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Proficient in the use of recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing and networking.
