Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager, or a Senior Administrator looking for their next career change for a technology-focused company based in Harwell. This is a temporary contract to begin with, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
Details:
* Pay - £11.79 - £13.33 per hour depending on experience
* Shifts - Full time hours, 37.5 hours per week, office hours - can be flexible with start time
* Location - Harwell, with FREE on-site parking
Duties could include:
* Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
* Financial Management: Processing and preparing invoices etc.
* Document Management: Handling the preparation, filing, and distribution of documents and reports, ensuring proper documentation practices.
* Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
* Office Coordination: Assisting in the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised work environment.
* Data Entry and Reporting: Maintaining databases, entering data accurately, and generating reports as needed.
* Event Coordination: Organising company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and resource management.
