Description We are looking for someone who can assist to drive and motivate the Front Office team to delight and wow our customers from the moment they walk into the hotel. The selected candidate will assist to lead our dedicated Front Office team who always strive to deliver the best service for our guests while working in a dynamic environment. In this role you will have responsibility for all front office functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Arrival Team, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Nights. As an assistant manager, you will direct and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. We are looking for someone who strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. You will be an ambassador for Delta Hotels by Marriott, assisting our guests using skill and experience to show them that we genuinely care. You will be responsible for delivering our brand promise, Simple Made Perfect. What you’ll be doing Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting management of the Front Desk team Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Managing Projects and Policies What we’re looking for High school diploma; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
